
A simple, but yummy dish for almost any night. These lemon chicken breasts only takes a few minutes to prep and about 15 minutes to cook.

- 2 chicken breast halves (5 oz each)
 - 1 Tbsp flour
 - Pinch of salt and pepper
 - Olive Oil
 - 1/3 cup chicken broth
 - 3 Tbsp lemon juice
 - 2 tsp chopped parsley

Add oil to the skillet and turn the stove on to medium-high heat.

Pour the flour, salt, and pepper into a plastic bag and give a quick shake to mix. Add the chicken and shake to coat.

Place chicken onto skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on one side.

Turn the chicken over and cook for another 3 minutes.

Turn the heat down to medium and add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and parsley. Let the juices boil away and marinate the chicken for about 8 to 10 minutes. Make sure to turn the chicken occasionally to heat and season evenly.

You can use this time to prepare the rest of your meal or start cleaning up. When the juice is almost gone, remove from heat and serve.
