Not long after the Mumbai Police documented a FIR on charges of assault against Bollywood on-screen character Aditya Pancholi on a protest of an entertainer, the on-screen character said he is by and large “erroneously embroiled for this situation.”
“I am in effect erroneously ensnared for this situation. I have all the proof and video for this situation. I am prepared to participate with the Mumbai Police. On the off chance that they will call me for my announcement, at that point I will participate. I am prepared for examination. I realized that a body of evidence will be enrolled against me. I am not going anyplace. The police have not moved toward me after the FIR was enrolled,” Aditya Pancholi said.
In the objection recorded at Versova Police Station, Aditya Pancholi has been charged under Sections 376 (assault), 328 (causing harmed by methods for toxic substance), 384 (coercion), 341 (illegitimate limitation), 342 (unjust constrainment), 323 (willfully causing hurt) and 506 (criminal terrorizing) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The entertainer had recorded her announcement before the Versova Police prior this week in help of her past grumbling against Aditya Pancholi.
