The Kenzo brand, in cooperation with the brand of Tiger Beer and the World Wildlife Fund, WWF, issued a joint collection. The pretext for the collaboration was the global problem of the extinction of wild tigers.
To create the Rare Stripes collection, creative directors of the fashion house Umberto Leon and Carol Lim attracted the collaboration of four artists: Esther Go (Singapore), Julien Tan (Cambodia), Meryl Smith (USA) and Shona Lin (Malaysia). In addition to the original illustrations, the artists supplemented some models with QR-code, with which you can find information about wild tigers.
The launch took place on July 20 at the Kenzo store in Ginza Six in Tokyo and gathered 150 people. 100% of proceeds from sales will go to WWF for activities to increase the population of wild tigers.
